I want to thank you for all of your help in my move to Syracuse. I found the apartment in perfect order, and I was so grateful. Everything has been better and smoother than I imagined, and I know that this is nothing to take for granted in an area with many bad landlords. Thank you for your help with the packages. It was so nice to be able to arrive with my suitcases only. I appreciate the help of Marcus as well. I am looking forward to the coming year especially with a decent place to call home. Thank you for the e-mail, it's great to see that you actually care about your tenants as most other landlords could care less. I just thought i would let you know that my house will probably be occupied for most of break. I know that all of us plan on living in Syracuse for most of the winter and if we're going anywhere, at least one of us should be living there while others are gone. Just a little info to ease your mind....

I'm so sad to leave. I have had so many amazing memories at this house. So far, the two best years of my life have been here. A big part of the experience was having an amazing landlord. You were understanding every time I had financial difficulties, and you were always patient and reasonable about accidents and repairs. Thank you so much for a fabulous two years.

That house holds some of the most amazing memories and experiences in its history.
